3 attack shaun t has another exercise in the insanity workout called jabs that begin with a wide stance with your knees bent and you alternate between left and right jabs.
I have yet to get through an entire interval of floor sprints without stopping for a few seconds here and there those are tough.
I also have them in mind when i say i just can t do another pushup floor sprint globe jump i think of them workin the same moves and suddenly i can.
